How far out can I schedule an order for Pickup?
You may schedule an order pickup date up to sixty (60) days out from your order date. Please specify your pickup date in the comments section upon checkout.
How long will it take to process and prepare my order?
Once your order confirmation is received by us it will be prepared and ready for pickup in two (2) hours.
How will my order be stored?
All orders are stored at room temperature in a dedicated space. No orders, other than Kegs, will be stored in coolers or freezers.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is prepared we will send an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.
What do I bring with me when I pick up my order?
Please bring the following:
- Valid State-issued Identification, such as a driver's license
- Order ID# or Order Confirmation Receipt
What should I do if someone else will be picking up my order?
To inform us that someone other than yourself will be picking up your order, please use the "Comments" text box provided at checkout to specify the person's name. For your security, this person will need to provide us with their Valid Identification and Order ID# or Order Confirmation Receipt. If there are no Special Instructions on your order, we will not release your order to anyone other than you.
Where do I pickup my order?
You will pick up your order at our Case Central service desk. Parking spaces at the front of the store and near the flood wall are reserved for online customers.
What if I want to add products to my order when I arrive?
You are welcome to continue shopping once you arrive. Once you are finished, go to the Case Central service desk to inform us that you are ready to checkout.
Will staff help be available to help load my order?
Absolutely. Our staff is always ready and happy to assist with loading. Just ask.
Your order is immediately processed by our system. Should you elect to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately to request a cancellation.
