Do I need to create an account to purchase products?
No. You may checkout from the store with a "Guest Account." However, we recommend you create an account to track your orders, create shopping lists, get notified when items are back in stock, and stay updated on upcoming events.
How often is inventory updated?
Inventory quantities are updated every hour. In the rare case that a product is not available at the time of your purchase due to an inventory adjustment, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided in your account to ask how you would like to proceed.
How often are wine vintages updated?
Wine vintage changes are typically updated every 7-14 days. If you are shopping for a vintage-specific wine, please call the store to verify the correct vintage.
Do prices include sales tax?
No, a 6% sales tax is added upon checkout to all In-Store Pickup orders as well as items shipped within the state of Kentucky.
I see a $0.00 in the price field. Is this an error?
A $0.00 in the price field indicates that a new product was recently added. Once our system updates our inventory the correct pricing and stock level will be applied and displayed.
If I do not see a product, can I place a special order?
Yes, if the product is carried by our distributors. Products ordered by the case will not typically incur an additional fee. Special orders for products in a quantity less than a full case will typically incur a "split-case" fee from our distributors. Prior to placing a special order on your behalf, we will provide you with product availability status, a price quote and additional fee, if applicable.
Do I have to be 21 to purchase alcohol beverage products or cigars?
Yes. By law, we are prohibited from selling any alcohol beverage products to anyone under 21. You will be required to verify that you are at least 21 (18 for cigar purchases) upon checkout.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click the "Account" link in the top right menu. Click the "Forgotten Password" link provided and enter your email address. We will send you a temporary password immediately. Log in to your account with your temporary password. For security purposes, we do not store password information in your account.
Do you offer discounts on large orders?
We offer volume-based discounts according to our Case Discount program.
I've ordered for Shipping. How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is processed we will send a tracking number to the email address provided in your account.
I've ordered for In-Store Pickup. How do I know when my order will be ready?
Once your order is prepared we will send an email informing you that your order is "Ready for Pickup".
