In-Store And Curbside Pickup:
Need it today, no problem just place an order online for same-day pickup. When you place your order write your pickup time and whether you'd like in-store or curbside pickup in the comment section when checking out. We'll do the shopping and have your order ready when you arrive. Same-day pickup items will be available within a minimum of 2 (two) business hours from the time you place your order. Orders placed after 4:30 pm will be available for pickup the next day. For all pickup orders, we'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
We offer two convenient ways to pickup your order: in-store or curbside pickup. For in-store pickup stop by Case Central, our customer service desk, for your order. For curbside pickup, when you arrive call (859.291.4007) with the name on your order, where you are parked and the make and color of your car. You will need your credit card and ID ready and it must match the order information.
Local delivery is available for a fee of $5 for orders with product totals over $35.
Keg deposits, as well as tap and tub rentals, do not count towards the product total. There is an additional fee of $5 per keg for delivery of up to eight kegs.
Local delivery is available seven days a week from 11 am to 5 pm. Orders made after 4 pm will be made next day.
Special note: December 24th, no deliveries made after 4:30 pm and December 31st, no deliveries made after 5:30
Deliveries can be scheduled from 90 days in advance up to 1 hour prior the same day.

We cannot deliver alcohol across state lines.
The customer must be present at the time of delivery and display a valid ID, as well as the credit card used for purchase. Deliveries are made to the front door of the building. We have the right to refuse delivery if the driver believes the customer to be under the influence of alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, or other intoxicating substances.

Shipping Policies for Party and Paper Items
The Party Source currently ships Party and Paper items to all fifty states. We charge a flat rate of $13.50 for shipping for the 48 contiguous states. Additional shipping charges will apply for customers in Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Policies for Cigars
The Party Source currently ships cigars to all fifty states. We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for shipping of all cigar accessories, bundles, packs, and samplers. Cigar box shipping rates are based on the number of boxes purchased in your order. Please refer to the list below for corresponding box counts and shipping prices.

By placing an order on The Party Source website you are confirming that you are 21 or older.
Once your order is processed, we will send an order tracking number to the email address provided in your account.

Prompt, accurate order fulfillment deserves and receives the highest attention at The Party Source. We do our best to process and prepare your order for shipping immediately following receipt. As a general rule of thumb, orders received before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day.

Our product inventory is updated every hour. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email or phone provided in your account to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.
