This 100% Vermentino is fermented with the skins for approximately 18 days. Fermentation for 5 months and aging in stainless steel tanks, then the wine ages in bottle for 2 to 3 months. Aromas of yellow flowers and aromatic herbs with flavors of minerally notes and silky textures.
