Grown from vineyards in Massa-Carrara as well as Bolgheri with an average elevation of 150 meters above sea level, which consist of sandy and schist soils. The grapes are hand-harvested. Long direct cycle pressing, static decanting and fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature. Aged on its lees for 3 months before bottling.
