Finca Suarez is the project of Juanfa Suarez and family, where they work with 2 of their own farms in Paraje Altamira, seeking precise work in the vineyard to achieve healthy and top quality fruit to be able to make wines with minimal intervention. The Semillon from Paraje Altamira, from our own mass selection vineyards and a nearby vineyard, is vinified in concrete tanks, and 20% has a small step through wood that gives the wine greater breadth in the mouth. Fresh, with tension and minerality.
