Noble Vines 152 Pinot Grigio was harvested in the cool, early morning hours and delivered immediately to our winery. Very quickly the grapes were pressed and the juice was cold settled before racking for extra flavor and texture. After being transferred to chilled stainless steel fermenters, the clean juice was brought to room temperature and inoculated with selected yeasts to enhance the rich fruit characteristics. Noble Vines 152 Pinot Grigio was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the grapes
