A pioneering blend in Crete of two grape varieties, the indigenous Thrapsathiri and the famous French Sauvignon Blanc. Melissinos white is an exotic wine born from our own mountainous. Organically cultivated are exposed to cooling winds from the North East. In this wine we marry the two edges of Crete, the first and the last grape of the harvest.
