Elegance in a bottle! Pale yellow color with green tints. Fine and lingering bubbles. A fresh nose of white flowers, pear, and citrus. A lively palate with notes of dried fruits and toasted aromas on the finish.

A top wine of 2021 selected by our wine department. We’re tapping into some history with this gem! The “Champagne Method” of a second in-bottle fermentation was first done in Limoux a couple of hundred years before Champagne was even a thing! Like Champagne, this crisp, dry sparkler has aromas of citrus and green apple and reminds you of freshly toasted bread. Those same flavors are on the palate along with some pear and melon. The primary grape is Mauzac, an ancient French varietal, with a bit of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Unlike Champagne- the Jean Babou is an amazing value and priced reasonably enough to be your everyday sip. #Goals - Toni
