A delightful blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay sourced from from parcels in and around the Grand Cru village of Bouzy that are comprised of chalky soils and fermented with indigenous yeast. Fermented and aged in stainless steel and aged for 9 years on the lees.
