Swick City Nights Rose 2021

44% Mourvedre | 36% Grenache Noir | 20% Syrah. Conley Vineyard, Certified organic situated at 1600-1700 feet elevation, Columbia Valley AVA, Yakima, Washington. Inspired by the opening track on Allan Holdsworth's 1989 album Secrets, this rosé is our first release in a series of Rhône-inspired blends from Washington. Grapes went direct to press whole cluster and were fermented separately in used French oak barrels before being blended. A jazzy evening rosé zippered up with a dose of verve-y acidity to keep you dancing into the night.
