Made from 100% Pinot Noir from selected vineyards from 85% Hautes Cotes de Beaune and 15% Santenay from 55 year old vines grown in clay and limestone soil. The grapes are direct press and aged in large barrels for 2 to 3 years and bottled in unfined and unfiltered. This vintage only produced 600 cases.
