Nature teaches us the harmony in the balance of imperfection. This is what we are trying to achieve in this wine, with minimal intervention winemaking, letting nature do the most of the work. This wine is the result of spontaneous fermentation in amphora, followed by 6 months of aging in egg shaped amphora. No sulfites have been added. Not filtered.
