The marriage of all five picks represents 18% whole-cluster love, 11 months in neutral barrique and puncheon, racked once under July's new moon. Bottled under a Aries moon, in honour of allllllll the beautiful fruit energy espoused by the fire signs. The wine presents notes of Amber, Pink peppercorn, Spring Solstice Pluot.
