Hannah Glatzer Rot Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Hanna always says "nothing beats my wine, except myself!" After we've been mobbed by Hanna for the whole season, it's off to bottle. We can't wait - even dad says "this will be good". She gives us love plus heart and soul and by the gallon. We'll give it back, I promise. It's all unfiltered, natural and a bit crazy - but we couldn't do better. The wine is foot stomped, whole cluster, fermented in stainless steel. Certified Organic with no sulfurs added, macerated for 3 weeks and gentle pressed, aging for 6 months in 500 L used Austrian oak. No fining, no filtration and low sulfur at bottling.
