Oka is my sister’s horse; this superb Auxois witch bravely, quietly, works the soils of my best plots. This cuvee is a tribute to hard work, a meaningful value for us growers. Those grapes come from other Bourgogne domaine’s parcels and also from a selection of other vineyards. This wine is organically certified. The aging is made in French oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. The wine is racked with air once during the aging. We use only use barrels for this wine. We bottle the wine without finning filtration and following the moon calendar.
