Family Reserve Curation 2022 is aged 4 years, 10 months, aged in No. 4 Char Barrels and made with FP1 yeast strain. Made from an old traditional mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley. Copper column distilled from a single fermented batch using our sweet mash process. This Rye Whiskey was curated to highlight the robust flavors only found in whiskey straight from the barrel, nothing added, nothing taken away.
