Blacklion ’s unique and much-awarded taste, including notes of edelweiss, all comes from fermenting and triple-distilling the whey left over after cheese-making – sugars-rich whey that would otherwise go to waste. As a sipping vodka, Blacklion is best served sub zero, straight from the freezer over ice. And preferably outdoors as a bit of a reward.
