A beautifully crafted wine where the grapes are cooled to 60 degrees and maceration is 7-10 with spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aged in 20% Slavonian Oak and 80% Stainless Steel tanks. This wine is full of spicy notes and followed by an explosion of fruitiness with notes of prunes, cherries and forest fruits.
