The Matic Wines Pet Nat Mea is fermented in the bottle with the use of natural yeasts. This style of winemaking is actually one of the most ancient winemaking methods known. All of the delicious notes from Šipon are present, however since the wine has undergone fermentation in the bottle, you’ll taste a little of the remaining yeasts and sugars.
