Starlight Distillery's straight bourbon whiskey single-barrel releases are made with sweet corn mash, then distilled in our copper pot stills. Aging occurs in Huber's Old Rickhouse, situated on the 7th generation Huber estate established in 1843. New 53 gallon charred American oak barrels hold the spirits for a minimum of 4 years, after which the bourbon is bottled at cask strength, non-chill-filtered.
