This distinctive Whiskey was finished by Noel Sweeney one of the most awarded distillers/blenders in the global whiskey category, and recognized in the Whisky Hall of Fame. Bottled at 50% ABV – 100 Proof, and Non-Chill Filtered with no additives. This is a Single Grain Irish Whiskey Finished in Ex-Tinta Negra Madeira Casks. Mash bill is 95% French Maize and 5% Malted Irish Barley. Bottled at 50% ABV, Non-Chill Filtered.
