Non-chill filtered, aged in bourbon casks and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks. Hints of cream soda and gummi sweets mingled with waxed orange peel on the nose. The palate is sweet and simple. Suggestions of blossom honey, but closer to the heart, tints of tangerine and clementine. The wax from the nose holds right through the palate and keeps, as before, any sweetness on a lead. Fruity on the finish with a honeysuckle tang unpredicted by the palate.
