Reposado and aged are conscientiously tasted until the best barrels are found that will make this a unique crystalline wine. This selection of aged and reposados ??will have to leave the barrel in which they reached character and maturity to be distilled for the third time and thus polish the notes and tastes in the most capricious way, taking care of their identity in every detail. The nose has a strong character with sweet and fruity notes of green apple, a discreet presence of cooked agave and a sparkle of chocolate. The palate is well balanced with citrus notes, species such as cloves, fruit with a finish of vanilla and butter. Silky, soft and long permanence in the mouth, curiously with fresh notes in the reteoguto combined in the tertiary notes of wood.
