Pairing this long maturation with a selective finish in cognac casks results in a truly luxurious and velvety finish. With notes of rich sultanas and touches of warm cinnamon, this is a blend worth toasting to. This all creates rich and sweet aromas of stewed apples, homemade orange marmalade, honey, cinnamon and juicy sultanas. The palate is incredibly smooth and fruity. Flavors of poached pears intermingled with butterscotch and caramel toffees, all rolled up in a wonderful velvety texture.
