Cihuatan Cinabrio Aged Rum

The name “Cinabrio” was inspired by the color red, which was crafted by the ancient Maya using the mineral Cinabrio (cinnabar). Red was the symbol of Kinich Ahau, the Mayan god of the sun. Cinabrio is aged twelve years and in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels.
