Yuu Baal Mezcal Artesanal Anejo is made in the state of Oaxaca in the Tlacobula region and the village of San Juan del Rio. Using the Agave Angustifolia grown for 7 years. Crushed and cooked in a concave stone oven, fermented with natural yeasts in pine wood vats. Double distilled in copper stills and aged for 1 year in American white oak.
