Pierre Dussaux Armagnac XO

Since 1895, Gascony history has preserved the traditional ways of making Armagnac that is utilized by Pierre Dussaux Armagnac to this day. Natural fermentation of grape juice is followed by an early distillation to preserve the expressive, bountiful fruity flavors. Their fine old copper still has been used for generations to create the Blanch d'Armagnac, which is then aged in oak barrels in their 120 year old cellar. Today, the past inspires them to push the standards and level of quality that they strive to achieve while creating Pierre Dussaux Armagnac. This XO is rich and flavorful having aged 10 years.
