Proof and Wood is aged a minimum of 4 years (2 Congressional Terms). Made in small batch, approximately 20 barrels with a barrel entry of 120 proof. Distilled at MPG in Indiana. This Bourbon has strong notes of vanilla, cherry and peach. Flavor is full of citrus and tobacco, finished with long sweet vanilla notes and spice. Mashbill is made from 75% Corn, 21% Rye, 4% Barley.
