This offering of the series is a 7 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in rare casks made from Brazilian Amburana Oak. Mash Bill is 75% Corn, 20% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley. Aromas of cinnamon, frosting, cloves, and baking spices. Flavors of gingerbread that hits the front palate and continues throughout. Sweet baked goods, cinnamon buns. The finish is long; the gingerbread flavor slowly fades to a lingering vanilla and oak finish.
