50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the practicing Organic Gimelli Vineyard in Cienega Valley on decomposed granite and limestone. Aromas of strawberry and sour cherry with juicy raspberry on the palate. This is a slightly more serious glou-glou. Fermented with native yeasts, and 50% whole cluster fruit. Aged 6 months in stainless steel on its lees. No ameliorations, filtration or added sulfites.
