Very occassionally an exceptional cask stands out among the many that lie slowly maturing in our aging wareshouses, specially selected by our Master Blender as worth of bottling as a single cask. In some instances the spirit is then also re-aged or 'finished' in a different individual cask to enhance the flavors that have evolved during the initial maturations. This selection of Linkwood is bottled at Cask Strength aged in a Cognac Hogshead. This is an excellent representation of Linkwood and worthy of a Party Source Private Barrel.
