La Serena Brunello di Montalcino 2019

La Serena has been certified organic since 2013. This Brunello is made from 100% Sangiovese from La Serena estate harvested during the first two weeks of October from soils of clay, sand and marl. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel before the wine moves into cask. Aged for three years in a variety of sized French oak casks and four month in bottle.
