Sathenay Creme de Cassis Liqueur

Sathenay is produced in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy. Owners Larent Noyer and Pierre Beuchet used original recipes and top of the range equipment to create their first crème liqueur: Crème de Cassis. Others flavors swiftly followed: blackberry, raspberry, a rustic vineyard peach cream liqueur, and a fragrant elderflower cream with sweet, white, floral notes that soon made it the darling of local mixologists.
