Our pink Rose is made in small fermentations, the search for different wines that can express another story of our region. We are moved by the desire to innovate, learning and exploring our limits while showing all the potential of Cafayate. The soft pink wine with copper reflections leads to a medium aromatic intensity and a loose and very defined expression. Aromas of strawberries, blackberries and cherries stand out, with fresh notes of white pepper and slight floral touches reminiscent of violets. The palate is very agile, with a fruity and balanced expression. A round, pungent rosé, with citric acidity, medium volume and a fresh finish.
