Domaine des Bosquets Le Plateau 2017

This vintage of Domaine des Bosquets Plateau has been produced since here since 2016. Given its low volume, it is vinified in open demi-muids (600 Liters). Comprised of very old Mourvedre and planted with multiple grape varieties that include Grenache/Syrah/Cinsault/Counoise/Clairette. Whole cluster harvested. This wine is length and racy with good tension and minerality. The plateau is more monolithic than the Grenaches, but what aging potential.
