Aromas of green apples and citrus zest; limes and starfruit abound! Dry, Crisp, hints of melon and meringue. Silky smooth with nice acidity. This is drier than its US counterparts and perfect with roasted pork or end of summer beer can chicken on the grill. The finish was beautiful!! Ending on notes of figs and golden cherries.
