Bayo Reposado Tequila has an herbal nose with sweet agave notes followed by a delicious cooked agave flavor. Bayo Tequila is from the low lands of the Jalisco region at elevations of around 3900 feet. The 100% Weber blue agave is grown in the fertile dark brown earth of El Valle, and produces spicy, earthy, and herbaceous agaves, rich in volcanic material. The soil is abundant with minerals such as copper, iron, potassium and silica. El Valle is the original area of tequila. The "birthplace" of tequila.
