A lightly peated single malt, capturing the spirit of Orkney and the warmth found in the people, the land and the whisky they craft. Aromas of clovered honey, parma violet, ripe peach and wild heather embers. The palate delivers notes of grilled plum, old-fashioned barley sugar, noble hop and caraway. The finish is prolonged with pepper smoke lifted by tart citrus and foraged pine.
