Chateau Des Perligues Graves Rouge 2018

One of the famed "Left Bank" appellations of Bordeaux is the Graves region, lying just south and east of the City of Bordeaux. The name derives from the gravelly nature of the soils found here. The medium bodied red wine has nuances of blueberry and black currant fruit typical of the Bordeaux varietals, and a soft mroundness on the palate derived from the special blend. Classically structured and an easy match with red meat dishes as well as cheeses.
