This is a perpetuelle cuvee of 40% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 40% blend of reserve wines, direct press, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, concrete, and old oak, partial malolactic fermentation. Aged for 7 months in old oak, sur lie, 48 months in bottle.
