Odessa V.S.O.P brandy is aged at least for four years in Limousin Oak Barrels that provide the smooth taste and rich aroma. During the distillation process of Odessa brandy Cooper Alembic pot stills from Charente, France are used. The flavor of Odessa V.S.O.P brandy is dominated by notes of oriental spices and citrus fruits. Its taste palette has notes of raisins, hints of honey and nuts, the finish is highlighted with smooth creamy caramel notes.
