Cachaca represents a uniquely Brazilian style of Rum. Unlike most of its peers, Cachaca is crafted from pure, unprocessed sugarcane rather than molasses. Freshly pressed can nectar is double pot-stilled and cut with naturally demineralized water from a private mountain spring in Brazils southern Serra do Mar mountains. This quintessentially Brazilian rum is rested for six months - giving it an unmistakably floral bouquet that is balanced by a comfortingly earthy palate and a smooth, refreshing finish.
