Located to the northwest of the Dentelles de Montmirail, the vines are planted between 100 meters and 300 meters above sea level, thus giving freshness and complexity to the wines. Sourced from vines that are between 70 to 90 years old and aged for 24 months in oak barrels. This blend is made up of 70% Grenache, 25 Syrah and 5% Mourvedre.
