Description:
We were set to make a rum with 100% natural coconut sourced from local farmers. Four years of experiments later we found the perfect formula. The exquisite marriage of two icons of Caribbean culture offers a perfect tatio: one cocnut per liter of rum. Quite a challenging recipe when you think a coconut tree only yields about forty five fruits each year. Coconuts, picked fully ripe are cut into small chunks and left to dry gently to preserve the most concentraved flavors, then infused in our Barbados rum. now, you know why we can it Cut and Dry.
