When planning your wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or any other party, we at The Party Source are ready to assist you with your purchase. We can help with your drink menu planning and give you some advice when determining how much stuff to buy! Our team members can help you navigate our enormous selections and have a lot of experience selecting the perfect products to suit your preferences and your budget.

If you are going to pick up your order, we will have everything boxed up and stored on flatbeds or carts for easy loading. Delivery service is available to Kentucky addresses only: $25 per van local (within the I-275 loop)/$50 per van outside the I-275 loop (including venues in Falmouth and Dry Ridge areas.)  If you are picking up on the day OF your event, we can even arrange to have your beer and seltzers refrigerated so that they are cold when picked up or delivered at no additional charge!

Finally, you may return to us any unopened, undamaged and unexpired product for a full refund with no restocking fees. Liquor and wine bottles must have unbroken seals and undamaged labels. Beer and seltzers must be in their original undamaged packaging and not expired. We do ask that you please retain your register receipt when bringing us your returns, and that you store your products at room temperature while they are in your care.

Alternatively, you can fill out a Party Planner sheet (available at Express Desk or Case Central) with as much information as possible, and we will email a personalized estimate to you. We can handle most inquiries via email or telephone, but if you would prefer to meet in person, just contact us and we will schedule an appointment. We love meeting future party people and giving them a tour of the store! We do not require any deposits or charge any fees for our consulting services.

For Those That Want To Do Their Own Planning

We have created a template that you may reference if you would rather go it alone and select your items without our assistance. The template outlines recommended quantities per 100 guests for a 5 hour party. With a little simple math, you should be able to apply this template to your individual party. Generally, you will land somewhere between 5.5 and 6 drinks per guest and have plenty! We recommend keeping things simple and not offering too many choices in each category. Some of the items in the Party Guide will be items you may not need for your event. If for example, you elect not to serve seltzers, then you can simply bump up your other categories a little to compensate. Some common mixers to round out a bar are also included, but often you will find that your venue, caterer or bartending service will provide some of these items for you.

Everybody knows that The Party Source is THE go-to place if you need to stock your bar for a party, or if you are searching for those unusual ingredients for your specialty cocktails. But did you know that we are also an excellent place to host your next event?

We have a beautiful new on-site venue called Merchants Club at The Party Source, which is the perfect place to plan a gathering! Our “Lounge” area is ideal for hosting a "cocktail" style event for up to 50 guests, or for a more formal seated dinner for up to about 25 guests. Since the lounge is enclosed with 2 large glass sliding doors, it retains a light and airy feel while remaining separated from the main bar area. We have an excellent food partner now that Mama Pomplio's Kitchen is up and running from their onsite kitchen. Your guests can order from their on-site menu Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-9pm.
