Every June, fresh strawberries and rhubarb direct from small Michigan farms are infused into Norden Aquavit’s original recipe at the peak of Midsummer. After a period of rest, the spirit is finished with dried hibiscus and a vapor-distillation of damask rose.

This limited release honors the Scandinavian “Krydder Snaps” tradition of preserving seasonal flavors in spirits for enjoyment at any time.
Fresh strawberry and stewed rhubarb are complemented by aquavit’s classic caraway notes while bright citrus and rose-forward florals are balanced by herbal undertones; caraway spice carries through to a soft finish of hibiscus sweetness. Michigan summer in a glass.
