Description:
Spicy, this champagne develops aromas of ginger, sweet spices and slightly jammy, with a beautiful minerality. Made with a blend of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). The blend consists of vintages from 2019 (60%) and 2018 (40%). The grapes are grown on 50+ year old vines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 30 months.
