Demonstrating willingness and boldness, Octave Haton founded the Champagne House in 1920 and today they are among the top producers in the region. Haton Rosé is filled with supple flavors of strawberries with citrus and peach on the creamy and generous finish. Made with a blend Pinot Meunier (35%), Pinot Noir (35%), and Chardonnay (30%). Aged at least 3 years. The nose is very fragrant with joyful aromas of fresh red fruit, currant and strawberry. On swirling the glass, the wine releases notes of stone fruit, sloe and orange zest, leading to complex notes of pine resin and a hint of toast. The palate is delicious and distinguished attack, its finish is full and generous with impressive length.
