Our Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay is a true expression of this variety in Oregon, with bright acidity, great energy and depth. This wine is 100% estate grown, coming from the Gran Moraine Vineyard tucked in the western foot hills of the coast range. This white wine exhibits aromas of peach, apple blossom, chamomile and brioche. Notes of lemon curd and Asian pear intermingle with a firm structure and lengthy finish. Pair with roast salmon, figs, crab and soft cheeses. This bottled Oregon chardonnay is 13.0% alcohol by volume.
